This is the image I submitted for the end of the year photo contest.  I took this photo in early may, it was taken at my family cabin near Virginia, Minnesota in the Iron Range.  The sun is setting making the sky and lake appear red, pink, and orange.  We get this view often during the summer months.  The clouds are making for a mackerel sky, a unique cloud pattern
