Today is one of the coldest days of the year. The 'feel like' temperature is close to zero and when the wind blows off the Chippewa River temperatures feel as if the are below zero. The sky was pretty clear making it very bright outside as the sun reflected of the white snow that Eau Claire received on Sunday morning. The clouds appear to be very high in the sky and very thin. The air once again is very dry making it tough on our skin.
Tomorrow is expected to warm up a tiny bit with clouds moving in. There is a slight chance for some snow later in the day, but if it is anything it will be very light.
