Picking up from a couple of days missed over the weekend, Eau Claire experienced a relatively calm and nice weekend. It felt "warm" and the weather 30°F and the air being less dry than it usually is. Friday and Saturday morning the sun was shining bright but then clouds developed later in the day and remain in the sky now. It is starting to feel as if the coldest days of winter are behind us by staying above 0°F consistently.
Seen in figure 1 below, there is a low pressure front moving towards the mid west area which could bring some snow on Tuesday. Tomorrow the temperature will remain decently warm as the high is expected to be around 28°F. Tuesday a couple of inches of snow is possible, more information will be clear tomorrow.
