The weather continues to dip down to colder temperatures after a beautiful Thursday, Friday and Saturday of last week. The Omega High, is almost gone, dropping temperatures in the Mid West, as they expected to continue to drop. Right now the temperature is 42°F with North winds at 13 mph. These north winds coming off a cold front and a high pressure system sitting in Montana, is dropping the temperature 20 degrees. There was a little rainfall earlier in the day resulting from the high humidity and the water vapor in the air.
Tomorrow, the high will 44°F and sunny skies. The jet stream is dipping right across the Midwest, bringing colder temperatures to the area.
