Sunday: 4/5/15

10:00
Current Temperature: 42° F
Humidity: 73 %
Wind Direction: NE
Wind Speed: 12 mph
Sky Conditions:Overcast

The temperature has remained constant the last couple of days as temperatures and winds have remained cold and from the north.  Right now the temperature is 42°F with decently strong winds from the north east. The sky is covered in stratus clouds and stormy weather could be approaching.  The humdity is high at 73% and the east winds alwasy bring a high chance for rain.  Expect rain tomorrow for sure and a chance tonight.  It looks to be a crappy week with the wind and temperatures remaining the same.

Figure 1: A very intersing surface map is forming over the United States.  The occluded front
is blocking wouth winds and the high pressure system over Lake Superior is bringin east winds to Eau Claire

Figure 2: the front is blocking warm south winds and allowing cold wind from the northeast

Figure 3: The KI index of 11 in Minneapolis is showing a unstable struve chart,
meaning there is a high chance of precipiation

Figure 4: There needs to be more water vapor in the air for a storm to happen, I expect it to pick up later in the week
