Right now the temperature is 41 degrees and sky is covered in stratus clouds. With an east wind and these clouds it leads me to believe we will be getting some rain later in the day. Right now there is some rain and a lot of water vapor in Minnesota, this should move over to Wisconsin later in the day. I am expecting the weather to remain the same the rest of week until the weekend when the storms move out and the winds come from the south.
