Today is yet another rainy day in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  The sky is completely covered in stratus clouds, as a heavy rain fell last night.  Rain also fell this morning and there is a chance for more this afternoon.  The winds continue to circle from east as a low pressure system circles in Iowa. After the stationary from moves past today, expect skies to clear and for sun and southern winds to warm up the weekend.
